Business Development Executive

Job Description :

As a Business Development Executive at MentorSol, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that increase revenue, expand our client base, and enhance our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our products or services to potential clients.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure successful deal closures.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  8. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information and prepare regular reports for management.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role (previous experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
